Frank Syma has been with AssetWorks/FacilityForce for more than 20 years and has been the lead on many special projects during this time. Currently Frank oversees the direction of all the product teams that develop and manage our FacilityForce product suite. As the COO, Frank enjoys working with his highly skilled product managers to design products that help our customers succeed. Frank is a graduate of UTSA where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Kevin Raasch
Kevin Raasch is the Vice President of Marketing for FacilityForce. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the software industry, most in marketing and sales, but beginning with roles in product management, professional services, and software development. His career has focused largely on the software needs of the public sector, consulting with hundreds of organizations over the years.
He earned his MBA and a BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado and studied electrical engineering and computer science at Colorado State University. Kevin resides in Colorado where he enjoys hiking, running, skiing, photography, and spending time with his family.

Eric Hougen joined Assetworks in June 2018 in a Product Manager role and is now the Director of Product for FacilityForce. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa and George Washington University. He worked at GWU as Director of Technology and Information Management, where he had the opportunity to implement several FM solutions.

Walt Giroir joined AssetWorks in 2020 and was responsible for the development of AiM, Go and IQ. Mr. Giroir is now the VP of Professional Services for FacilityForce. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Josh Carr has been with AssetWorks for over 20 years and has held a variety of roles, including Trainer, Technical Writer, and QA Analyst/Manager/Director. He is currently FacilityForce's Director of Product Development. He is a graduate of Indiana University and resides in San Antonio with his wife and 2 children. In his spare time, he likes to record and play music with friends.

Joining FacilityForce in 2019 as a Solution Engineer, Shane has had over 20 years’ experience demonstrating, configuring, utilizing and managing EDM technologies, CAFM systems, design software, and project workflow as they apply to design and construction and facilities operations and management. He has worked for a small consulting firm and large technology companies and hospital systems in the Houston area. He always wants to improve not only in his own knowledge and skills but also our customers and how they operate as an organization. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking, hunting, a good beer and a game of cornhole or two.

Lee Harding is the Product Manager for Operate's Analyze and Automate products. His focus and passion is to enable innovation in Facilities Management with the use of Operate data insights, external systems integration and Operate automated business processes.
He holds B.S and M.S degrees in Physics from San Diego State University and worked as an Applications Engineer in the Test and Measurement industry for 8 years before joining FacilityForce in Spring ’18. Lee lives in Austin, Texas and loves all things music, sailing and the elusive annual round of golf.

Mr. Ring brings over 15 years of business-to-business, relationship-based marketing expertise to the organization. He prioritizes a value-first approach to his marketing efforts and is constantly finding new ways to help our FacilityForce customers. Brandon, his wife, 2 sons, and 3 dogs recently moved from Houston to Austin and is enjoying the new scenery.
