In the first session of our Inspections Training Series, we focus on configuring Operate (AiM) and Perform (Go) for inspections. This session provides training on utilizing existing tools and temporary use licenses for Perform (Go) Asset Management, Asset Sync, and Business Automation Script to convert inspections into work orders. We cover the setup of inspection line groups, inspection statuses, and types, as well as the Perform (Go) Asset Management setup for controlling inspections on the Perform (Go) app. Participants will learn how to organize inspection steps, classify line items, and use free-form text, numbers, and special characters for detailed reporting. The session also includes creating inspections, generating inspection IDs, and managing inspection responses. By the end of the session, participants will understand how to configure user security, set up barcoding, and bulk assign PM templates to asset locations for efficient inspection management.
